Before joining Colt CZ Group, Erika Vorlová held several senior leadership positions in human resources management. With more than 20 years of HR experience, she has worked for international companies across highly regulated industries. Before joining Colt CZ, she held senior HR positions in the energy sector at GasNet, innogy Czech Republic, and RWE. She also gained professional experience in the pharmaceutical (Baxter, Sanofi) and IT (Hewlett-Packard) industries.

Since 2018, Erika Vorlová has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Czech foundation for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award (DofE) Program. She holds a Ph.D. in psychology from Charles University and a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University.

In line with the development of Colt CZ Group and the continued expansion of its activities beyond the segments of firearms and ammunition, the Group is further evolving its management structure and executive responsibilities. As part of this transformation, Mr. Jan Zajíc, CEO of Česká zbrojovka, and Mr. Vladimír Rada, CEO of Sellier & Bellot, have stepped down from the Board of Directors of Colt CZ Group effective July 15, 2026. Both will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officers of their respective companies and, as members of the Group's senior leadership, will remain fully dedicated to the management and further development of Česká zbrojovka and Sellier & Bellot.
