The implementation arrangement was signed during the official visit of the Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajić to the Czech Republic. Within the framework of the project, Colt CZ Group will serve as the industrial partner, while the Czech state-owned enterprise LOM PRAHA will be the system integrator.
