Colt CZ Group SE – Changes to the Board of Directors
Prague, August 11, 2022 - Colt Group SE (“Colt CZ”, the “Group” or the “Company”) hereby announces changes to the Colt CZ Board of Directors and the management of CZ-USA. The Colt CZ Supervisory Board discussed the resignation of Alice Poluchová from the Board of Directors, which became effective as of August 11, 2022. This follows Ms. Poluchová’s decision to step down from all her positions within the Group, including President and CEO of CZ-USA, as of August 1, for personal reasons. A new member of the Colt CZ Board of Directors will be announced in due course.
“Under Alice Poluchová’s leadership, CZ-USA has become a key sales channel for CZ products, representing around 50% of sales. She helped build our Group into a recognized player on the small arms market, taking active role in the IPO process and acquisition of Colt Holding Company. I would like to thank Alice and wish her best of luck in her future endeavors, both on the professional and personal level,” said Jan Drahota, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colt CZ.
